mission of this web site is to promote and to create an awareness
of the history and cultural legacy of Redding, Connecticut,
Georgetown, Connecticut and Branchville, Connecticut.
I
will do this by:
- engaging site
visitors with photos and information about my target areas
- creating new
online exhibits for collections that are sent to me
- creating new
online learning experiences for historic topics relating
to my target areas
- presenting my
photos and postcards at local libraries and event halls
- working with
other local preservation, cultural and educational organizations,
freely exchanging new information and photos
- working with
local businesses to promote their products and services
